Lately we’ve been trying to think of ways to make our Ultimate Beach Bag totes extra special. After iron transfers of epic failure (my fault), resident artist extraordinaire and overall bad ass Cory Marie had the awesome idea of spray painting a design on each bag for a handcrafted look.

Here are the fruits of our labor. Despite the wind, I think it turned out pretty cool, what do you think?

Want to make some too? All you need is contact paper to cut your stencil, spray paint, some cardboard, and whatever you’re going to print on. (And don’t forget gloves and a mask so you don’t inhale the toxic fumes!)

Here’s a look at the final bags. A bag with a Gossip tee, mousepad/notepad, and 2 bikinis…I was tempted to take one for myself!

We’re going to Journeys’ Backyard BBQ! Gossip is going to be a part of the Seventeen booth giving out cool freebies. Plus, we’re raffling off 2 of our Ultimate Beach Bags at each stop, so be sure to stop by!

It’s going to be pretty awesome watching the likes of Ryan Sheckler, Carey Hart, Rob Dyrdek, Bucky Lasek, Jamie Bestwick, Ryan Nyquist and Dave Mirra give demos. And to top it all off, bands like Anberlin, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus and Forever the Sickest Kids are set to perform.
